Target of the job: The Shop Seller has to make sure that the operation is going smoothly, the working area is in order and that everything is handled properly corresponding to the management and company requests.
Specific targets & duties:
To deal with the customers
To take care of the stocks of the shop
To take care of the cleanliness of the shop
Doing reports for her/his superior
Respect and reach the targets set by the management

Stocks and control:
Make sure that the stocks are properly filled
Order goods from the warehouse to the shop
Submit reports to her/his superior
Take part for the inventory
Marketing:
Suggest and organize promotions
Customer’s follow-up
Submit ideas and improvement to increase the sales and the guest’s satisfaction
Collect information about customers
Be aware of the competitors
Sales:
Submit reports to her/his superior
Deal and take care of the customers (customers’ welcoming, giving information about our products and company, help and serve them)
Billing
Cash handling
Collect information about the sales
Miscellaneous
Take care of the cleanliness of the shop by cooperating with the person in charge of the cleanup
Take care of the decoration
Working hours
- The working time will be fixed between 10am and 7pm
- Off on Sundays and public holydays
- 1 hour break during the lunch time
